Lucy Walls

Bloomington - Lucy Walls, 73, of Bloomington, passed away at 8:40 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Aperion Care in Bloomington.

Her funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Bloomington with Rev. Frank L. McSwain, Sr. Officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.

Lucy was born on March 28, 1943 in Shreveport, Louisiana, a daughter to Freddie and Ollie Goodrich Lewis.

Surviving are her children, Tammie Smith of Bloomington, Christopher Walls of Bloomington and Gidget Walls of Bloomington; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sons, Alvin Walls and Dion Lewis.
