Betty J. Tynan, 76, of Bloomington, passed away at 11:36 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Betty was born on December 18, 1942 in Gibson City to James and June Thomas Leisure. She married Frank Musgrave on December 31, 1960 in Gibson City, after they divorced Betty married Richard Tynan on September 9, 1979 in Normal.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Richard Tynan, daughter; Claudia (Tom) Foutch of Fairmount; son, Stephen Musgrave of Virginia; stepson, David (Susan) Tynan of Montana; son, Jim (Kristin) Musgrave of Bloomington; stepson, Dennis Tynan of Florida; daughter, Denise Musgrave of Bloomington; Grandchildren, Angela (Josh) Schroeder of Lexington, Cameron Musgrave of Bloomington, Donna Tynan, and Michael Tynan both of Montana; great grandchildren, Alexa, Marki, and Kolee; brothers, Robert (Carol Ann) Leisure, Raymond (Royce Ann) Leisure, Richard (Bobbie) Leisure, and John Leisure. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Carrol Wayne Leisure. Betty is also preceded in death by her two dogs, Peanut and Annie, who passed away only months before her.
Betty was employed at Eureka Company for 38 years, until the company closed. She enjoyed spending time with her family and enjoyed all food, shopping and traveling.
Betty was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
