Brandyce 'Brandy' Latishia Mrazek, 30, of Bloomington, passed away at 6:20 a.m. On Monday, July 2, 2018 at her residence.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. On Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Heartland
Community Church in Normal with Pastor Ed Wright officiating. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

A private family inurnment will be at the Prospect Cemetery in Dunlap. The family wishes that memorials be made to the Joy Care Center's/Job Partnership in Bloomington, 510 E. Washington St., Bloomington, IL 61701 as they were a second family to her, a program where she volunteered, believed in and was a direct beneficiary of their cause.

Brandy was born on October 19, 1987 in Peoria, Illinois. She is survived by her mother, Holly Demott (fiancé Matt Waggoner) of Chillicothe, brother Dustin Demott of Peoria, sister Savanna Demott, and brother Mason Demott both of Chillicothe; grandparents, Tad (Coralee) Mrazek of Dunlap and Judy Mrazek (Dick Cree) both of Speer; aunts, Lorelei (Kevin) Williams and Annetta Mrazek, both of Canton, one niece Elena Demott and several cousins who were special to her

Brandy was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jerry DeMott, who raised her.

Brandy was employed by Hale Cosmeceuticals in Bloomington. She attended Heartland Community Church. She graduated and volunteered at Joy Care Center's/Job Partnership . She was an athlete, especially talented at basketball. She had a great love for fishing and enjoyed the outdoors. She will be reunited in Heaven with her dad Jerry and great-grandparents as well as her two favorite Dachshunds, Skip and William.

Brandy was always smiling and brought great joy to those around her. She was deeply
loved by her family and friends and will be missed greatly.

Brandy's family would like to offer a special thank you to uncle, Ron Wegner; godmother, Michelle Cook; aunt, Sue Epstein; Chris (Jim) Tusek, and her entire second family at Joy Care Center's/Job Partnership for all the love and support they provided Brandy.
