Denise Lee

Bloomington - Denise R. Lee, 62, of Bloomington, much loved sister of Karen (Jerry) Williams, passed away at 10:20 a.m. on Monday, December 26, 2016 at her residence.

Per her wishes, there will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to The Humane Society of Central Illinois or a charity of the donor's choice. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Denise was born on February 6, 1954 in Joliet, Illinois, a daughter to Robert P. and Ruth L. Lingerman Fournier.

Surviving are her daughters, Kristy Duchene and Jordyn Lee; granddaughter, Dakota Elder; and brother, Joe Fournier.

She was preceded in death her parents and her partner, Dennis Peebles.

Denise loved her family and the many animals with which she shared her life through the years. She was so excited to live to see her Cubbies win the World Series this year.
