Elias Talley

Normal - Elias D. Talley, 25, of Normal passed away at 5:08 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.

His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Bloomington with Pastor Frank L. McSwain, Sr. officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Bloomington. Memorials may be made to the family.

Elias was born on November 20, 1990 in Decatur, Illinois, a son to Vickie Talley and Elvis Scott.

Surviving is his mother, Vickie Talley of Bloomington; father, Elvis (Catherine) Scott of St. Louis, MO; girlfriend, Jade Cuadra; children, Elijah and Amira Talley; siblings, Onica Talley and Devin Wiggins, all of Normal, step-sisters, Kennetta Robinson-Bey and Tawanda Graham; step-brother, Marcus Rayel, all of St. Louis, MO; and grandmother, Ersie Scott of St. Louis, MO and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
