Evelyn Neal

Evelyn "Joyce" Neal, 72, of Bloomington, passed away at 3:27 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at her residence.
There will be a private interment at Park Hill Cemetery in Bloomington. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorials may be made to VITAS Hospice.
Joyce was born on October 3, 1946, in West Liberty, Kentucky, a daughter to Eva (Keeton) Beck and Lenvil Fannin.
Surviving is her son, Timothy Outlaw of Bloomington; daughter, Kelli Outlaw of Chicago; granddaughter, Johnae McCaskill of Florida; great-grandson, Jaxon Talucci of Florida; brother, John Beck of Normal; sisters, Gwen Burns of Bloomington and Debbie Foster of Peoria; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Gerald Beck, and sister, Brenda Crose.
