Ida Hinch

Bloomington - Ida L. Hinch, 93, of Bloomington, passed away at 10:09 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Heritage Health in Normal.
Her Graveside Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Park Hill Cemetery in Bloomington with Pastor Aaron Stine officiating. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Salvation Army, or the American Heart Association.
Ida was born on July 16, 1923 in Atterberry, Illinois, a daughter to Jesse and Zennetta Boeker Smith.
Surviving are her children, Nydra (John) Owen, Stanford, IL, Steven (Chris) Hinch, New Holland, IL, Sandra Hinch, Madison, IA, Linda (Roger) Forrest, Bloomington; 11 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren and a brother, William (Estella) Smith, Cheyenne, WY.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kenneth; 2 grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.
Ida retired from General Electric in 1985. She was a member at New Beginnings Church of God in Normal. She most enjoyed her time spent with her family and all of her grandchildren.
