Jeffrey Lusher

Jeffrey ‘Jeff' Lee Lusher, 62, of Pekin, passed away at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at his residence.

His memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington with Pastor Keith Ferguson officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the memorial home. Per Jeff's wishes casual dress is encouraged.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Jeff was born on February 23, 1956 in Normal, Illinois, a son to Gerald and Cora Nell Bates Lusher.

Surviving is his father, Gerald Lusher of Normal; brother, Michael (Mary) Lusher of Bloomington; sister, Sue Lusher of Bloomington; niece, Azlyn Lusher of Bloomington; special cousins, Betsy, Steve and Cheryl, and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents.

Jeff was a graduate of Bloomington High School, class of 1974. He was employed as the manager of Diamond Vogel Paint in Bloomington for over 20 years.

He was a lifelong Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan, he loved fishing and traveling. He was known for his sense of humor and love of music.

Jeff was a kind, generous, and loving son, brother, and uncle. He will be missed by all who knew him.
