Judith Webb

Bloomington - Judith Lynn Webb, 64, of Bloomington, passed away quietly at 11:53 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at home surrounded by many of her loved ones.

Her Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the memorial home. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Memorials may be directed to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or to the family.

Judy was born March 29, 1954, a daughter to Calvin Raymond and M. Louise Sutton Neal. She married Timothy M. Webb on March 17, 1984 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomington.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy M. Webb of Bloomington; her children, David T. (Kristal) Adams, III of Farmersville, IL, Michelle L. (Doug Griffith) Hogan of Graymont, IL, and Johnathan R. (Ashley Voights) Adams of Pontiac, IL; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marilyn (Bruce) Otto of Las Vegas, NV, Maria (Rigo) Diaz of Peoria, IL, and Karen Miller of Bloomington; and her beloved canine companion, Cash.


Judy was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and her beloved canine, Baby.
