Bloomington - Kenneth O. Radley, 85, of Bloomington, passed away at 5:54 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.
His funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2017 at West Twin Grove Christian Church in Bloomington with Rev. Mickey Fuson and Rev. Joe Miller officiating. Visitation one hour prior to the service Friday at the church. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.
Kenneth was born on February 12, 1932 in Mound City, Missouri, a son of Robert E. and Florence Champlain Radley. He married Florence Mutchler on February 26, 1949 in Oregon, Missouri. She preceded him in death on August 23, 2009.
Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Koehler of Bloomington and Juliana Autry of Council Bluffs, IA; a son, Russell Radley of Bloomington; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and one sister.
Kenneth dedicated his life to serving others and most recently volunteered at Advocate BroMenn, logging 4,266 hours since November 2013. He found great pleasure in listening to the Grand Old Opry and attending opry services at West Twin Grove Church.
Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Mound City in Missouri.
