Bloomington - Kenneth Tucker, 87, of Bloomington, passed away at 1:05 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2016 at his residence.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.
Kenneth was born on October 1, 1928 in Bristol, England, a son of Henry and Emily Beatrice Riley. He married Margaret Clark on April 6, 1949 in Bristol England.
Surviving is his wife, Margaret Tucker of Bloomington; two daughters, Anne Ulm of Bloomington and Elizabeth Kidd of Mansfield, TX; 6 grandchildren, Heather (Nicholas) Jamison of Chicago, Benjamin (Cynthia) Cole of Tyler, TX, Aaron (Rachel) Cole of Ft. Worth, TX, Hannah Cole of Ft. Worth, TX, Jonathan Cole, of Mansfield, TX; David Cole of Mansfield, TX; 3 great grandchildren, Claire Cole, Felicity Cole and Audrey Cole; and a sister, Sheila Tincknell of Bristol, England.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and 6 brothers and sisters.
Kenneth proudly served in the Royal Air Force. He was employed as an engineer at General Electric for many years.
He enjoyed watching Bristol City Soccer.
Kenneth was loved and will be dearly missed.
