Kim Harper

Bloomington - Kim J. Harper, 61, of Bloomington, formerly of Ottawa, passed away at 5:40 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Asta Care Center in Bloomington.

His Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Evangelical United Methodist Church in Ottawa. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorials may be made to OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.

Kim was born on January 14, 1955 in Sterling, Illinois, a son of James L. And Jean M. Dirks Harper.
Surviving is his brother, Kurt L. (Lee Ann) Harper of Bloomington.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Karla Harper.
