LaVon Krueger

Bloomington - LaVon Krueger, 96, of Bloomington, passed away at 3:01 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomington with Rev. Chuck Bahn officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
Burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Bloomington. Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.
LaVon was born on October 3, 1922 in Colfax, Illinois, a daughter to Harry and Eva Spry Munster. She married Howard E. Krueger on April 10, 1948. They were married for 61 years, he preceded her in death on April 20, 2009.
Surviving are four daughters, Carol (Mike) Gilmore, Nancy Kagel and Norma (Bob) Althouse, all of Bloomington and Connie (Lloyd) Sloat of Orlando, FL; one son, Paul (Lynda) Krueger of Bloomington; she had six grandchildren.
