Martha Tribett

November 11, 1945 — September 2, 2019

Martha Ann Tribett, 73, of Bloomington passed away at 9:25 p.m. on Monday, September 2, 2019 at her residence.

Her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Bloomington with Pastor Terrell Edwards officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Martha Ann was born on November 11, 1945 in Franklinton, Louisiana, a daughter to Alfred and Lucinda Payne Richardson. She married Theodore ‘Ted' Benjamin Tribett in Chicago.

Surviving is her loving husband of 47 years, Ted Tribett of Bloomington; children, Vanessa C. Payne of Bloomington, Lloyd B. Lockwood of Bloomington, Douglas S. Sr. (Tina) Lockwood of Milwaukee, WI, Kimberly Renee (Robert) Carmichael of Milwaukee, WI. And Lenore (Antonio) Street of Covington, GA; 16 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; one brother; three sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; one sister and 4 grandchildren.

Martha Ann was a Mary Kay consultant and she worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years.

She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and attended Hallelujah Worship Center.

Martha Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sibling. She loved spending time with her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
