Nicholas L. Henson, 57, of Bloomington, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Kibler Brady Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington. Visitation will be held form 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the memorial home.

Nick was born on January 13, 1964 in Peoria, the son of Leslie Oliver and Wanda Lucille Mullins Henson.

Surviving is his loving fiancé, Sandy Utsler; daughters, Nichole Henson and Emma Henson; son, Ethan Henson; Rhonda Kondritz, and Carol Jackson, and brothers from another mother, Bert Espinoza, Bob Parks and Tommy Ryan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie Oliver and Wanda Lucille Henson; sisters, Gloria Robinson, Rose Nixon, Sue Stobaugh, Judy Bonham.

Nick had his own business, Henson Renovations and spent most of his career installing flooring. He was known for his dedication to the craft and praised for his hard work. There was nothing Nick could not fix.

Nick was a loving fiancé, father, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
