Phillip S. Wilson

Phillip Sebastian Wilson was born on May 29, 1971 in Chicago, IL to the late Rosa Mary Dobbs and Bob James Wilson. 

Phillip loved living in Chicago and growing up on Chicago Ave. Street. Phillip gave his life to Christ at an early age in Chicago. Phillip attended John Hay elementary School and Taft High School. 

He later attended Iowa State University where he studied World History. He later moved to Bloomington, IL, where he worked multiple jobs until he found his career with Identity Optical. 

Phillip was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Who enjoyed sports, dancing, cooking food, music and spending time with his children. He also enjoyed spending time with his loving wife Brenda Wilson. Whom he married on March 4, 2022. 

Phillip was proceeded in death by his father Bob James Wilson, mother Rosa Mary Dobbs and sister Mia Dobbs. 

He leaves behind his loving wife Brenda Wilson, seven children: Phillip Wilson Jr., Shuntreana Wilson, Dahilves Wilson, Phileisha Wilson, Shamia Wilson, Malik Wilson, Jurnee Wilson.

Seven Step Children: Brandon Jones, Jashway Boens, Brielle Boens, Layla Boens, Shanethra Stephenson, Journay Burton, Kenosha Burton. 

Three Brothers: Kasper Dobbs, Robert Wilson Jr-Wood, Ron Wilson. Two Sisters: Tina Hughes and Tami Wilfred, and a host of other family and friends.
