Ryan Jeffrey Fluty, 25, of Bloomington, passed away at 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at his residence.
His funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019 at the memorial home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
Ryan was born on October 12, 1993, in Normal, to Christiana Fluty.
Surviving is his mother, Christiana Shields and step-father, Tom Shields, both of Normal; siblings, Christopher (Amanda Smith) Fluty of Bloomington, Mathew Hernandez and Teah Hernandez, both of Normal; girlfriend, Tristen Watchinski of Bloomington; Orlando Hernandez, who played a large roll in his upbringing; his best friend, Bane, his dog, and several cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his granny, Sandra Donley and grandpa, Ron Fluty.
Ryan was known for his creativity, writing his own rap music and performing locally. He cherished spending quality time with his family and friends.
