Teola Briggs
Teola Walker Briggs was born to Andrew and Rosetta Walker in Cleavland Mississippi on June 10th 1950. She was the 8th of fifteen children. She was married to Theodore Briggs Sr. and to this union three sons were born. Charnell (Bam-Bam), Corey, Theodore jr.
Teola was employed by the 'internal Revenue Service for 20 years and retired in 2015. She loved to have fun, dancing and spending time with family, and make other people laugh!
Teola leaves to mourn her son Corey, 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sisters Georgia Haywood, Viola Davis, Evelyn (Joe) Mitchell, and Myra (Melvin) Cooper and brothers Jerrmiah and Maurice Walker. A host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, a special sister- cousin Lorraine Farmby.
She is precedent in death by father and mother. two sons Charrell and Theodore, sisters Sara Portis, Etta Veal, and Medre Seals, brothers Andrew, Eddie, Walter, and Ricky Walker.
