Theresa Nichols

Theresa L. Nichols, 71, of Normal, passed away at 11:05 a.m. on Monday, August 12. 2019 at The Loft Rehabilitation and Nursing of Normal.

Her memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington with Pastor Brent Salm officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at the memorial home. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Theresa was born on February 7, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, a daughter to Anthony and Leonora Sutton Scarpelli.

Surviving are her children, Jessica Barnett, Aaron Sara, Mark Nichols, and Rebecca Ralston; grandchildren, many nieces and nephews extending to great, great, great nieces and nephews, chosen children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and two brothers.

Theresa was employed as a residential counselor at Chestnut Health Systems for many years.

Things she enjoyed; family, music, art, and serving in different church ministries for many years.

Theresa was a strong, loving, unique, individual. She was greatly loved and will be truly missed.
