Timothy Littell

Bloomington - Timothy "Tim" J. Littell, 45, of Bloomington, passed away at 9:43 a.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

His funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Calvary United Methodist Church in Normal with Rev. Randy Reese officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00-11:00 a.m. prior to services at the church. Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is assisting the family with arrangements.

Interment will be in East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Bloomington. Memorials may be directed to Marcfirst or Miracle League of Central Illinois.

Tim was born on October 18, 1973 in Normal, Illinois, a son to Larry L. and Nancy Bergman Littell.

Surviving is his mother, Nancy Littell of Bloomington; three brothers, Louis (Joanne) Littell of Bloomington, Erik (Ann) Littell of Peoria, AZ and Gary (Deana) Littell of Goodfield; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Tim grew up in Bloomington. He became a musician playing the drums and keyboard at various local churchs. He was a graduate of Olympia High School and received services through Marcfirst. He was a Special Olympics athlete winning numerous gold medals during his competitive events.

He was known for his kindness and his gentle ways to all whom he knew and came in contact with. Tim had an infectious smile and lived his life of service to God, his family, friends and others.
