Victoria (Hall) Hill, 81, of Bloomington, passed away November 14, 2019, in her home as a result of an unforgiving battle with cancer. She was surrounded by love and her children were by her side when the Lord peacefully called her home.
Victoria became an angel on this earth April 11, 1938, blessing her parents Charles V. and Hellen Frandsen Hall in Normal, Illinois. She grew up in Normal and graduated college from Lake Forest where she earned her degree in theatre arts. She was a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority and an active member of the Community Players Theatre for many years.
She married Bruce Hill in 1963 and gave birth to two sons, Eric (1964) and Mark (1966).
Victoria was a wonderful mother, grammy, sister and friend to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was the epitome of class, sophisticated with her words with a witty sense of humor and a gracious heart that will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sons, daughter-in-law, Rhonda, grandsons, Jason Monical and wife, Stephanie, Brandon, Ryan, Christian, Braxton, and Devin; great grandchildren, Tyler and Kaitlyn Monical; and sister, Tami Spence.
Her celebration of life will be held April 11, 2020, at Christ the King Episcopal Church. Details will be published as the date approaches. Memorial donations can be made to the Community Cancer Center in Normal (www.cancercenter.org).
